No woman is an island and I’m privileged to partner with some of the brightest minds in the business.
I find resources for nonprofits to tackle some of our country’s and the world’s most entrenched injustices. During my career, I’ve worked with more than 150 foundations, corporations, governments, multinationals, and major donors at every stage of social change – from ideas to concepts, from partnerships to proposals, from implementation to evaluation to communication of impact. My additional background in program strategy, implementation, and evaluation further informs how I translate ideas into resources.
Before becoming a consultant, I served as chief philanthropy officer for Prosperity Now, a national organization working to address the racial wealth divide. Prior to that, I worked with the Aga Khan Foundation, the Academy for Educational Development (now FHI 360), the Institute for Higher Education Policy, and Boston University. I’ve also served as a board or advisory committee member for local and national nonprofits and philanthropy support organizations such as Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy and the Domestic Violence Resource Project.
